#BeBetterGoal

What is a “Be Better Goal”? The #BeBetterGoal is for everyone! The concept is simple. We all want to be better versions of ourselves, right? But sometimes after going through the motions of life for weeks, months or years we look back to realize how little we’ve actually done to accomplish those goals. Hey, don’t feel bad. It happens to all of us! The good news is we live in the modern day of social media where we can utilize the power of the collective attention of our peers to help hold us accountable.

There are THREE important pieces of the #BeBetterGoal.

  • 30 days. Sure, if you want you can make it a monthly goal. But what if you’re fired up to start your “more cowbell” goal mid-month? The 30 day block of time allows you to start your #bebettergoal when it works for you and gives you a definitive cut off time to work towards it.
  • Achievable goal that you can do DAILY for a month. Something that will be challenging to truly do for 30 days straight yet not so easy you sail through it without pushing yourself beyond your typical comfort zone.
  • Post your goal on Day 1 PUBLICLY on social media. Share what you’ll do/contribute FOR EACH instance where your goal isn’t met. Post results on day 30. Feel free to use the hashtag #BeBetterGoal along with another one to describe your goal like: #BeBetterGoal #MoreCowbell.
